Canal walk led by Ralph Slater along a section of the Deane & Dove and Barnsley Canals, from Hoyle Mill past Smithies to the former site of the '39 steps' footbridge. Car shuttle arrangements will be made, and for further information call 01924-373866. Meet in the public carpark off the A628 Pontefract Road at Hoyle Mill to start at 7pm prompt. |
